Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), broadly speaking, means “Speaking the language your mind speaks”. It bridges the gap between your ‘Conscious’ mind (the part that decides what you want) and the ‘Unconscious’ mind (the part that works to make it happen). The two can then understand each other and work better together so that you can actually achieve what you want to achieve.
Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP)
Developed in 1970 by Grinder(linguist) and Bandler (consultant in self-help)
Based on the work of therapists Virginia Satir, Fritz Perls, and Milton Erickson
Works with both the conscious and unconscious mind
Combines theories, models and techniques to create accessible, understandable ‘tools’ which can be used to improve outcomes, support wellbeing and create change in a variety of settings

Linguistic
